![]() ![]() I had upgraded to a room with 2 single beds, but when we got to our room it was a huge double bed, we were so tired I just couldn't be bothered to go down to reception to change it. It was great having a little kitchenette for making small snacks etc, the shuttle service to take you to DLP was first rate!!!! Check in was fine, they do take a "locals or residence tax" off you, it was just 23 euro's for the 2 of us. My daughter and I have just returned from Disneyland Paris, I chose the Relais Spa because of its location and swimming pool, (sadly we didn't use the pool), but it looked super. I would definitely stay there again, but would upgrade to a larger room with a balcony, and on a higher level, we had stunning weather whilst we were there and it would have been. A building site right opposite, but that wasn't very noisy at all. ![]() But hindsight would have been good, I am a very light sleeper, and found that our room that was just above the reception was a bit noisy with car doors slamming, the hotel weighted door shutting rather loudly, and the road was quite busy with traffic, also couldn't open the window for long because of people smoking outside the reception area and you could smell the smoke, being a non smoker I didn't like that. On a positive note the pool is very good and it was a good location to some lovely restaurants near by and the train station. My daughter and I have just returned from Disneyland Paris, I chose the Relais Spa because of its location and swimming pool, (sadly we didn't use the pool), but it looked super. Best to spend this amount of money elsewhere. A four star rating on this accommodation - I think not. ![]() The bathrooms really need a good clean and I had returned once to find someone had used our toilet and not even flushed. Now i can understand if we rented the apartment and we had nothing provided to us, but they did have soap in the bathroom and two tea bags in the kitchen so I had just assumed that there would be something in the room. They lady abruptly informed me ' no go buy your own from the supermarket'. I contacted reception and asked if they had detergent. I looked around the kitchen for cleaning products but could not find anything. I went to use the dinnerware they provided and it was filthy. We had booked the Junior Suite with a kitchenette. It would be best to visit the local shopping centre near by to use the free wifi they offer. The wifi was absolutely atrocious and if best, you could pick it up occasionally from the foyer near the lift. I found the staff to be incredibly rude and very unhelpful. When I realised this I went to the staff and they advised me its not their problem, call your bank. ![]() Firstly there was a problem with the credit card system which resulted in them charging our credit card twice. I have to say my recent stay at the hotel was very disappointing. ![]()
